Pros
Being outside & getting paid to exercise. Flexibility. People were always willing to swap or cover shifts. Coworkers are awesome. Dispatchers are awesome. Pay is okay but benefits could be much better.
Cons
CEO cares about money more than employees. Score cards are never fair and the metrics you are supposed to reach are unattainable. Vans are in bad shape. Routes are far too long and you cannot actually take your breaks without falling behind. The heat in the summers is brutal. AI creates your routes and treats drivers like robots.

Great dispatchers Team was great The job itself was fairly easy.
Cons
Demand you have to meet in the time provided is way to much. Constantly sore Never could take my breaks or I would fall behind. No benefits Mid Pay. Not worth it.
