Pros
Fantastic work environment, provided me with a work truck, excellent bonuses, and even special Christmas trips for the team. It was one of my favorite work experiences and I genuinely felt valued as an employee and my work made a positive impact on people in real time.
Cons
Pay at first was low for the first 6 months I worked there (fall-early spring) prior to me acquiring routes.
