      Great, privately owned company located near Princeton, New Jersey. Market leader for compact Raman spectroscopy laser light sources. A fun place to work as an engineer to develop new photonics products and create unique optical system solutions for US government and large corporations.

      Cons

      As true in any small company, IPS has limited resources and as an employee everyone has to be willing to wear multiple hats
