      Nothing that i can think of... unfortunately.

      Cons

      The owner of ITS Ash ley Hunt is one of the worst humans ive worked with before. DO not use THIS COMPANY or WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! You will be treated horribly by staff. Hence why she only has one employee left.

      Local, female owned small business.

      Excessive fees, low hourly wages offered to temps, no benefits, very limited client base.

      Pros

      Working at ITS has been very rewarding. I am constantly given recognition for my work and when feedback is given it is always supportive. After coming from a toxic work culture, ITS gave me my confidence back. If you thrive in an environment with positive feedback, recognition and freedom to be creative without being micromanaged then ITS is for you.

      Cons

      None that I can think of, it is a very flexible work culture.
