      Benefits. Pregnancy policy. Traveling pays decently.

      Cons

      Director is blaming the sales team for all the bad that happens in Bussiness unit. Threatens bottom level people with getting fired and takes all the credit for whatever good happens. Upper management seems blind about it despite low level complains piling. Pay is below the market.
