No real benefits package, low salaries, no incentives. Could be great but run as dictatorship by owner

Cons

Treat people as commodities. No loyalty towards long term employees. Run like a dictatorship with an owner who does not care. Not honest towards customers, owner makes promises that can not be kept

It’s a paycheck, but that is it.

Cons

There is absolutely no training in the department I work in. Basically a coworker tries to briefly explain procedures and daily tasks and you are on your own. Employees show up whenever they want although we punch in, but there is absolutely no policies on attendance or punctuality, so that really sets production back when you are constantly short handed.

If starting off in your career, this is a decent place to start to get some work experience.

Cons

Very little room for growth. Too much favoritism going on. If you are not in with Senior Management or those who are friends with the owner, you are not treated the same. A lack of professionalism in some areas. A real shame considering there is a group of hard working, honest individuals that work there.
