      Nothing really comes to mind.

      Cons

      Overworked because of incompetent teammates that were kept in place to bring in billable hours. "Unlimited" vacations, but was not allowed to book 3 months in advance due to there potentially being not enough billable hours. Brought ideas for new service offerings to management that they could not comprehend.
