Good medical insurance Salary review is in place There are English courses for all levels Nice office in Warsaw The company creates development plan for you so that you have the opportunity to improve your knowledge in your field.

Cons

Low salary A lot of managers who are completely unnecessary for the company and employees The company lies to its customers about developers' experience. When I had no work experience at all, Innowise lied to the customers that I had 5 years of work experience and thus they forced me to lie. Lying about developer experience is a common thing for this company. And it is up to you to get out of it at the interview with such "experience". Company won't give you a raise unless you ask for one. No multisport

- experienced and dedicated guys there.

Cons

- low salaries, if you want to raise it you will fight with RM for each $ - bad management, a lot of micro management - onsite work only - toxic environment, overworking is okay - impossible to align vacation with management
