Pros

The worst company to work at for a longtime career Pros Free food (like it really even matters), easy metro connectivity, some gaming if you use them you'll be taunted that you only come here for that and not work) so don't play just sit around like fools and work

Cons

Cons 1.Company without an HR 2.Company which has dictatorship in every domain. 3.Company which doesn't see how much you work or contribute, but how much you gossip around 4. A company which will give a person hike just cause they are good in gossiping and politics. 5 A boss, who won't be named (but rhymes with suishy) has has no idea how to be a boss, and only likes people who are as dumb as her. 6. A CEO who dreams to be a politician, but doesn't know he already has become one. 7. If you are expecting of growing in your career, by staying away from politics and just by doing Hard work, you are applying at the wrong place 8. Pay structure - if you are good at gossiping and politics - you'll be immediately promoted and get a double salary hike. If you work hard and don't contribute to gossips and politicsWell you'll have no promotion, and salary hike after 2 years of 2k (edited)

Pros

All fun and no work. Parties, mac books and food.

Cons

Bunch of kids exploiting their employees and investors. Closed door environment (zero transparency). No roadmap (Founders do not know where the company is heading) Nepotism and Politics on all levels Firing almost half of the people every year.

Pros

Macbooks A good cafeteria with decent food Xbox and recreational activities to unwind

Cons

No formal HR department Biased attitude toward junior and new employees Emphasis on flat hierarchy but really anyone who has worked there long enough can sense that there is an unspoken Peking order in which the office functions People with zero experience in Human Resources are handing the department. There's nepotism too. There is a drastic wage gap.
