Some of the sales staff is really cool, usually. Free bagels occasionally I guess?

Cons

Very inconsistent about enforcing the rules. Commission structure is not clearly laid out during interview; getting just below a target equals no payout. Clear favoritism from higher-ups. Use shady 'call spoofing' tactics and aliases. Present pay as Salary but is an hourly Wage.

Some of the people there are cool No weekends You don't have to take your work home with you

Haahaha. All these positive reviews are done by people that brown nosed their way to upper "management" positions. Really all they did was relay from the founder how bad you performing. Many people there come off as the "greasy" sales person, steal your lists no ethics
