Great management, friendly environment, and forgiving atmosphere. Recognize strength and weakness of the team members and then assign responsibility accordingly for a well organized operation. All co-workers and most customers are pleasant to work with. Willing to offer opportunity for younger workers, as well as to keep a good relationship with the employees.
Cons
Pay can be improved if not at least should be kept up with the inflation rate.
