Opportunity -> to try out new ideas if you want your entire career to be in upsc coaching industry (because thats how long you will have to stay here to implement any of your ideas) -> to mint a lot of money for your boss and for yourself -> to shape the thought process of several upsc aspirants

No vision No teamwork; each is on her own Too much importance given to hierarchy Roles not well-defined
