1) does not pay salary on time- supposed to get on 5, gets delayed to 15th 2) does not pay PF amount after leaving despite deducting from salary (illegal by Indian law) 3) terrible management- lack of experience obvious 4) clueless HR- worked at few places before but HR was worst here. Very good at deducting salary but does not credit it on time. 5) ZERO job security- employees laid off with no notice, final settlement not paid even after 3 months 6) toxic work culture- while colleagues are nice to your face, there is a lot of politics that make things worse
