      Pros

      The staff at Inspire ATA are simply fantastic, the leadership team are available, approachable and supportive. The company has big aspirations and continues to grow, opening new opportunities to develop within the business, to motivate and challenge you.

      Cons

      It can become quite seasonal with busy periods in the sales department due to the nature of the business however, the busier periods have higher rewards, so I for one love the hustle but do require good time management skills.
