Pros

Working with the Service users is very rewarding.

Cons

Management and up to and including HR. It is honestly one of the worst places I've ever worked. Even when there is an issue the refusal to deal with it properly is shocking. They just try and prevent you from getting a decent outcome through grievance policies. They will try and not allow union reps in (our manager hid in the office and sent a support Worker out to tell a rep they weren't in) childish behaviour. Sectarianism is also present within.
