Pros

Absolutely NO work life balance!! You can work 10 hours a day and make below minimum wage

Cons

Long hours Don’t require you to work Saturdays, but somehow require you to work Saturdays to meet your “goal” Toxic environment, where all of the supervisors talk badly about new employees and our current employees. Encourage other employees to find out as much about one person to get them to stay Sell you the idea of traveling w this job Provide you with $500 paid for your first week and then leave you dry

Pros

Motivating group of people, but that’s about it. They make the training encouraging and upbeat.

Cons

You work standing up all day outside, rain or shine, cold or hot, and you have to dress business casual. For women, it’s painful if we were heels. If it’s hot out you sweat a lot, if it’s raining you get all wet. We basically had to ask for money for a charity, most people will ignore you. There is a quota to meet and you make a minute percentage of the money you collect. It is not worth it at all. It is totally an MLM because you have people under you and you earn money from the money they’re earning. The boss is getting rich off the people working their butts off and she’s in the AC office or home while everyone is working.

Pros

There is nothing good about working here

Cons

This is a scam / MLM that outright lies to you about the pay they'll be giving you and forces you to stay hours past the normal work day. You'll be on your feet all day, leadership is atrocious, they peer pressure you to forgo lunch or breaks so that you can stand around and beg people for money for a program that's basically just D.A.R.E. rebranded. Bulk of whatever money is "raised" doesn't even go to the program. Like I said, it's a scam. Have more respect for yourself and find a job that won't bend over backwards to try and cheat you out of the already pitiful wages they're supposed to give you.
