Benefits and view employees with respect. I felt like part of a family. I moved, or I would gladly have stayed. Offer bonuses, and give you opportunities to learn multiple areas in production, so long as you're open to growth. Overall team is embracing to new comers. Quarterly meetings show the entire team how they impact the big picture. Managers are very kind, and even cook lunches for the entire teams. I really genuinely appreciated my time with Inspired Energy.

Cons

Parking was not organized, but they were expanding their property. Not a huge issue. Every place has it's cons, but I never arrived fearing job secuerity. So long as you apply yourself, your going to be fine.

The owners are always in the office and are exactly the type of people you want to work for.

Pros

To keep hourly employees in touch with the current health of the business, the owners hold quarterly meetings to go over basic performance data and trends in the marketplace. I always felt very informed about the direction of the company. Management is comprised of very fair and likeable people that expect only to pay a fair day's wage in exchange for a fair day's work. It was a very positive, mutually beneficial experience.

Cons

There were no substantial cons to my employment with Inspired Energy. I enjoyed my time there.
