      Pros

      - Freedom of way of working: Management wants the work to be done within a specified time, and you get a liberty to do it your way. - Like minded employees: Most of the employees share the same mindset and thus becomes easy to work as a team. - Founders are easily approachable and available. They can be reached anytime in a day over a call or message and by anyone in the company. - Flexibility with the work timings and work location.

      Cons

      As a start-up the major cons are: - Processes are not well defined. - Communication disconnect between different verticals within the organisation. This can be sorted as the organisation grows and moves up to the next level.
