      The environment is very good to work at, all my colleagues trust on my work and they encourage innovation and personal development. Everyone has a voice during meetings and virtual communication, the leaders are ready to explain anything and are trustworthy every time. If you give your energy, your commitment, they will give you back in salary, external courses, career development.

      Cons

      InstaSupply faces the type of issue that every startup faces, we are growing a lot every day so some times there will be days that you won't do what you planned to do. In my opinion this is the dynamic characteristic of a small company, some people like it, some don't.
