Pros
ICS has a really strong organizational culture and the staff are smart, caring, passionate and devoted to the work and each other. ICS provides excellent benefits, including significant time off (4 weeks, plus Jewish and stat holidays), sick time, and the usual, and offers significant flexibility with a fully remote team.
Cons
I can't really think of any except something that is true in many relatively small non-profits which is that for more entry level professionals, there is advancement, but fewer paths to the top because it is a relatively flat org hierarchy in the first place.
