- Silent discrimination (in favour of Norwegians) and nepotism at their best - Unprofessional at many levels (management, the way of doing "research" up to HR and career "evolvement") - Really low-level infrastructure and research staff. Really low level of ambition. Just a "comfort zone" for (mostly) incompetent Norwegian researchers that exploit the hard work of few decent foreign researchers
