most of the smart people left quickly when they realized senior management had no idea what they were doing. junior staff loved to gossip and bicker (more than the average company).Lots of BS initiatives to make company appear better from the outside. Hired lots of senior talent yet the company isn't going anywhere.

Company fosters an incredibly toxic work environment that takes a serious toll on mental health. There’s no work life balance. Constant pressure, unrealistic expectations & low pay that doesn’t reflect the workload or responsibilities. Higher management are bullies who micromanage and take credit for others’ hard work, create a hostile atmosphere with no room for recognition or growth. The culture is cliquish with a “mean girls” mentality, subtle racism, favoritisms & exclusion being all too common. Several talented employees have been forced to quit just to escape the toxic environment and protect their wellbeing. The stress and anxiety caused by working here can lead to sleepless nights and declining mental health
