Pros

No weekends, hours were reasonable

Cons

Everything else. Our budget for the day was $500 which was ridiculous being that physcotic drugs cost $1,000 for one bottle. PRN pharmacists didn't get paid for months! Courier didn't get paid for 6 months! When the pic would email corporate they would like & say they mailed it out but really didn't! It was so sad! Finally my check bounced & they tried to lie & say it was my bank, but Walmart wouldn't even cash it so I quit!

Pros

Nice working hours is the only good thing I can say.

Cons

Treated like a child by management. As a professional pharmacist I expect to be treated better. Clocking in and out constantly. Management is incapable of communitcating with anyone timely. HR is a joke as is payroll. Good luck getting a paycheck on time. They will not do direct deposit and mail the checks instead. Checks get lost. Then when you do get it and go to deposit it's denied because they don't have any money in the account to cover the check. PRN's wait 6 months to get paid for worked time. They provide old run down equipment to work on. While the people I work with are nice the owners of this company are a joke. No room for advancement ever. No pay raises. Benefits are too expensive for a person to afford to pay for or are just non existent in some cases.

They are shady

Pros

Good hours and that's all

Cons

They don't pay PRN staff until 2 months and that's only after going to cooperate. They don't communicate with employees except to fire them. Even if you saved them $15,000 in 2 months they still will fire you and give the reason as 'it's not working out'
