Pros
This company is amazing and you will learn so much. As a student fresh out of college it was a little intimidating going into a field I did not have much insight on. Thankfully, Tim is there not only to teach you and help you when you need, but he wants you to succeed and grow, especially in this company. The atmosphere (even online) and the staff are incredible and it's honestly a great work environment.
Cons
This is a small start up insurance company for Nationwide. Everyone is learning together as we go, which honestly is nice. You will be given different tasks to handle but nothing that cannot be done!
