Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

—When interviewing, both the CEO and Chairman (Kris and Meds) were arrogant and unprofessional. Both of them showed up more than 15mins late for my in-person interview and one of them spent the whole conversation scoffing down his lunch. -They showed very little interest in me as a candidate, answered my questions with very little detail and barely smiled throughout the whole chat. -After attending 4 stages with the company (1 virtual interview, a 45min online task and 2 in-person interviews) I had to wait almost 2 weeks to hear back after being told I would hear back the next day. Only to be told ‘other candidates complemented what we currently need better’ with no feedback as to why that was. I then replied to them asking for feedback and to this day (one month later) still haven’t heard back. -I recently received a rejection email intended for another one of their candidates, further showing their incompetence.

Pros

You'll be able to appreciate that some of the natural downs you experience in life can never get any worse than this pit of despair

Cons

- You'll usually work 12 - 15 hour days - CEO is a narcissist - You'll be gaslit into thinking that you've caused problems that the CEO has engineered - You'll work really hard on a project only for the CEO to put an end to it - CEO will say whatever he can to get what he wants with no intention of making good on his claims or promises - Turnover rate is ridiculously high - You'll be underpaid and you won't get shares - CEO may threaten to fire you publicly even if you're delivering so he can feel like he's in control of you

Pros

- Friendly and hardworking colleagues. - Company Brand is well known and liked in the industry and makes reaching out to people easy. - Finish early on Fridays: Nice touch and the weekly wrap up with all departments discussing their achievements is good.

Cons

- 5 Days In Office: No office equipment provided, no exaggerations made here. They even encourage you to use your own personal laptop to save money. 9-6pm everyday with WFH being non-existent. - They don't tell you in the interview that the company takes two weeks off in August, which is mandatory. It sounds nice on paper; however, this time is deducted from your annual leave, leaving you with only 10-11 annual leave days for the whole year. - High Staff Turnover: Within 3 months about a quarter of the workforce resigned/sacked. Leaves a strange feeling in the office with constant hiring and firing. Leads to low morale. - No Training: The company provides no formal training, and you will be expected to perform at the same level as those who have been in the role for years, even during your first 1-2 months. - Low Morale/Office Gossip: In the office morale was overall low, financial stress of the company bleeds down and underpay/overwork leads to an overall negative culture. - In summary there were a lot of negatives, not mentioning the fact you may be threatened with being fired within 2-3 months of joining, you will be treated like a child at school, toilets are very smelly/skid marks & Company has baited and switched candidates i.e. pretending they will join one company and once they joined they are put in a entirely different role/company.
