Work life balance is exceptional Work is varied and enjoyable Regular social events paid for travel and expense's. Technology stack is modern.
Cons
Lack of innovation we’ve been in the biggest AI run and there’s been a complete lack of support to use it, Give use claude licenses / Ai tools let us build quicker and better. Equipment could be better. In the past with any early stage company there are up’s and downs along the way, I would say the company has handled the bad times badly they need better communication.
