Pros
Close-knit teams with positive attitudes to work they’re responsible for. Solid training and support. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Cons
Smaller teams can tend to get spread too thinly across other workstreams due to being asked to pick up additional work. Culture of taking ownership and following up needs a lot of improvement. Still stuck in “pass the buck” mode.
