Great National Manager. Only thing that made it tolerable working there.
Cons
Extremely Underpayed, long hours-weekends. Get loed to about the quality of their product and pricing. Want to act loke a big company when its benefiticial to them, but when it come to pay, or any other perk like 401k and health insurance they act like a startup.
Visited a beautiful winery in Oregon prior to the pandemic.
Cons
I have never seen so many people in a company come and go in little over a year. They will chew you up and spit you out with zero hesitation. The CEO is a misogynist who will fire you the second you disagree with him. Not to mention, this company is Greenwashing at its finest. Don't work here.
I have seen coworkers leave and not be replaced, meaning there work is piled on others with full time hours already. I have also seen coworkers let go with corporate saying they were not doing enough for the company while they were doing more then was asked of them. This is not a stable company to work for.
