Pros

It may seem like a start in the industry but quickly turns into a nightmare. The most basic annual holiday allowance was listed as a benefit. I got private health but did not get any bonuses and supplied my own equipment. Only benefit was working from home but had to pay out of my own expenses any office visits which was dangerous as a huge drive.

Cons

The worst culture I have ever worked in. Gaslighting and employees in tears were frequent occurrences and staff would disappear overnight with no explanation. Often staff were not paid and there is no onboarding process. There was a bonus but it had so many hoops that it wasn't worth the paper it was written on and goal posts would constantly shift. One image is presented to the world as a great grandiose company but work their long enough and find out this could not be further from the truth. The company operates in an environment of profit at any cost.
