Pros

If your a new EMT and fresh out of school then this is an okay place to start working as an EMT. The main things that you do are charting and taking the patient's vital signs. The work days and pay are decent. The coworkers are pretty nice as well and they do help you out if your having trouble with something.

Cons

The main issue I have with this company is the fact that they don't give you enough time to grow and learn as a new EMT. They expect you to learn every little thing about the job in a very short amount of time. This is just my experience, but I feel like they don't give you enough time to show them what you can really do. If you need help or more time to understand something, my advice is to ask the coworkers for help and get the problem resolved quickly because they can get rid of you for it. Another thing is that most of the dispatch are not that great.

Terrible schedule. Dispatch is incompetent. Owners are clueless. All the good hardworking employees left.
