they make you work over the weekends and even after working hours. they expect an engineer to always be on call for the production, even if it's the middle of the night or in the holidays. OT pay is almost nonexistent for an engineer because you need to complete 4 hours first, before they give you the "work extension" allowance, which is a base of around 200 only. upper management is toxic and micro-manages everything you do. sets high and unrealistic expectations. they also like to lowball on the job offer even if you deserve a higher salary given your experience and expertise.

Exaggerated micromanagement, lack of trust on their employees, lack of experience on upper management levels, lack of customer support, No support to employees , low salaries, NO training nor people development at all, people is forced to work on holidays and days off, No invest on machine spare parts only temporary patches, lack of automotive culture, operators live in fear threatened by superiors, no sense of team work, definitely a place NOT to work.
