Pros

Friendly team work environment. The people in IR are really helpful. Whenever I need help, the R&D, support, or any field people are always willing to help, even outside hours.

Cons

I don't think there is a business strategy. The CEO has been using the same similar strategy that has proven to fail. R&D has been restructured multiple times, but the current structure doesn't quite work well. The support process needs to be improved to also support the cloud product better. Sales need to sell more, but, honestly, for a cloud product, I think customer should be able to automatically register and buy the solution themselves without the need of a sales person. Professional services is okay, but sometimes they compete against each other and sometimes create a branch from the main product. HR is not functioning at all.
