      Toxic environment Lots of sniping and back stabbing from inexperienced people No support from line manager Senior management team don’t listen Too much pressure on the lads on the tools Disregard for people’s mental health and well being Less you know and less you do you are more appreciated

      Very poor pay company make lots of mistakes with your pay always in there favour. They don't pay for the first 5 hours of overtime
