      Pros

      I was a contractor working for a company in Omaha so I did not deal much with IMS' managment. They pretty much left you alone to do your work but were always available if I had any questions or concerns. One of the best companies I have ever worked for!!! No overtime! As a matter of fact, if you worked any, management would ask why and if you needed assistance. Great salary, great raises, great benefits and great Christmas bonuses!! I highly recommend this organization.

      Micromanaging, disrespectful management, no family time. Will tell you anything to get you in door and then say we are changing the policies, dishonest management, don’t care about employee just the next contract they management does not like employees that can think for themselves. Belittle and bully employees. Do your mental health a favor and look elsewhere that you will be valued and appreciated

      Pros

      Collegial work culture, flexible, in tune with technology, award-winning 8(a) small business. Great benefits. Social events to celebrate wins etc. No discrimination by age, gender, race, religion, or ethnicity.Multiethnic and diverse. Provide access to to tools to get the work done.

      Cons

      None really. I just wished they had more prime contracts. Also would also like to see them branch out into work with more federal agencies.
