Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a significant lack of accountability and communication, particularly from the higher-ups. It was evident that many of the individuals in leadership positions were placed in roles that they were ill-equipped to handle. This lack of expertise led to several critical financial errors, which raised serious concerns about the company's overall stability and risk management. The company's culture seemed to prioritize 'fake' friendships over substance, with a focus on external perceptions rather than internal transparency. This lack of accountability made it difficult to trust decisions being made and ultimately contributed to a toxic work environment. POOR life/work balance and very POOR compensation.
