Not a healthy culture to work, favoritism is clearly seen, toxic environment, they do meeting every week 2-3 times just to repeat same thing over and over again. it is very demotivating environment, they don’t have any new business or try to get new business. Not a great leadership or training process either. Even the team members that you work with you are not collaborative, some of the recruiters here don’t know what they doing . Their process is to send 10-15 resumes and see what sticks, they won’t sync with the clients , do not try to get any updates from the clients too. Mind you if you ask them a question or give them any suggestion they explain their process immediately and what they follow. No open door policy or coming in with any new ideas. My advice to anyone reading this review stay away from this place if you do care about your mental health.

Worst company culture I've ever been at. During the interview process when asked about metrics three different people said they don't focus on that, but after starting that's the only thing they care about. They do a performance review once a month and pretty much say the same thing every time which is send more messages. It doesn't matter how many you have sent it's never enough. There are no teaching moments here, if the CEO doesn't like how you went about something instead of coaching you on how he would like the process to go he only says his favorite phrase to reprimand you "not a good look" and offers no guidance. Account managers do not let everyone work the roles they bring in so there's not equal opportunity to make placements. The turnover rate here is extremely high. The culture is not positive because they lead with fear by threatening to fire people. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
