Pros

The plus is you get food allowance if you have to stay more than 11 working hours in office.

Cons

Sort of un-educated management. The director calls for a meeting - Agenda (improving working culture) after office hours 7:00 PM. and himself shows up after 7:30 PM. Maybe doesn't know how to see time or doesn't value time of all 54 employees who could have spend those time with family. That meeting took more than an hour and the points informed as follow. 1) Every employee have to wash cups and mugs everyday in office as peon is only for directors and CEO. 2) Effective immediately timing will be increased by 30 minutes as 9 hours wasn't enough for them. 3) Also, not everything is bad. leaves are increased for long term employees those have completed 3 years but if you join and you are new you will get merely 12 leaves a year and probably have to work 12+ hours at least one or two times a week. 4) the worst thing I personally felt bad was the use of certain abusive words to describe employees (bloody fools) is no way to address anyone especially not employees.

Pros

If you are in good books of management or have shown lot of money or love to accept everything that management says, you will progress

Cons

None of the experts are there with the company. Firstly, 2 very awesome PHP guys left, then their CTO left the job. They had lot of issues while acquiring some Bangalore based company. Post CTO resignation, lot of cream resources have left including myself. Whomsoever left, they told that they were poor performers since long. Really? After more than 6 months, you realize that the resources were not performing well? The management never says one consolidated thing. They themselves most of the times are not in agreement. PHP team, my .NET Team and CTO used to have lot of stretched nights.
