      no pay for first 3 months if you need H1B support

      Pros

      support H1B visa, have lots of chance to know the IT news, very ambitious teams.

      Cons

      no payment for the first 3 months if you need H1B support. After you passed the 3 months, you will get $12 / hr. Good for those who needs H1B. But most of the time you need to work overtime without any pay to achieve your weekly goal. No systematic training, you will learn everything through the yelling, blaming & shouting of your account manager.

      no pros, they cheat their clients and employee. They do a lot of things like evils. They don't care about anything except making their own money.

      Cons

      They messed up salary, and also H1B process. They can ruin your whole career life!

      Pros

      Doesn't require experience, and all majors are welcomed Co workers are mostly recent grads, so the work environment is friendly. Workload is ok.

      Cons

      Management Team doesn't value people. They don't even care about you if you haven't made the company a ton of money through Sales, even if you are contributing.
