There is not a single "pro" to this job.

Cons

Constant aggression from the "CEO". One project manager won't get out of his vehicle to do proper site survey, so you are always fixing a crisis that should not exist. The "CEO" is an entitled young guy that has no clue how to manage his company other than ensuring that scamming of NYS tax payers continues, as all his money comes from government funded programs.

Only one with his head on his shoulder is Matt the owners brother. Adam the owner on cares about ripping his employees off

Cons

Every week they mess up paycheck, take money out when not entitle to. And changes the rule and regulations when it suits them.
