      Pros

      Great work environment with good people and management that is open to employee ideas. A great place to make contacts in various engineering industries. Work is very cutting edge in the mobile technology area.

      Cons

      Without a product of their own, the work is not always secure. Their engineering services schedule does not go out far enough to ensure there is always work for all their employees due to the fact that most of their contracts are very short term in nature, that is less than 3 months.

      Pros

      IPS is a fast paced, growing company with a great culture and work environment. They pack a huge amount of quality into every piece of work they do across multiple engineering disciplines. The project diversity provides an environment where you're constantly learning and constantly growing. The people you work with every day really make it a joy to come into the office.

      Cons

      As a relatively young company that has experienced a tremendous amount of growth in a short time, IPS is still learning how to scale its business practices and models to reach the "next level" in consulting services.
