- okay salary and benefits - interesting field, potential to do interesting work and really make a difference

- seriously micromanaging senior leadership (including personal friendships between C-suite which means issues arent actually addressed; weak board) - no understanding of what product management is or how the function should work with no intent to learn or improve. sales driven vs product driven. - poor communication and strategy around long term goals; makes it difficult to do your job well
