Competitive pay and nice BCBAs- That's about it.
Cons
While Intellistars offers competitive pay, the financial incentive is often outweighed by significant operational issues. The 'cost' is dealing with a management team that is largely absent and often unprofessional. Management follows a hands-off approach until a crisis occurs, at which point they frequently drop clients without prior notice—leaving both families and RBTs in a difficult position. Communication is consistently poor across all levels. Most concerningly, there is a lack of transparency regarding staffing; BCBAs are reportedly instructed to withhold resignation news from families until a replacement is found. In my experience, I wasn't notified of a departure until services were abruptly suspended. It is disheartening to see such a lack of professional integrity in a field that relies on consistency.
