      Pros

      The work colleagues here were really great. Although the analysts were in cubicles, the offices were very nice. The kitchen was always stocked with a good supply of snacks and drinks.

      Cons

      The hours can be very long and the environment can be very demanding and even toxic at times. Analysts and associates were sometimes treated with disrespect.

      The cons far outweigh the pros

      Pros

      -Great pay -Great benefits -First class office space -Lots of smart and driven people -Successful business

      Cons

      -No transparency -Very little communication on strategic direction -Little autonomy -Tons of Turnover -The CEO trusts no one but himself; It's a dictatorship. The pros might make you consider working here but the environment is toxic, especially if you have to work with the CEO; which is pretty much unavoidable given the size of the company. The VPs are all good, smart people but ultimately they have no power to change the environment.

      Pros

      Nice office and great location.

      Cons

      Toxic culture, employees are subject to verbal abuse. VERY VERY high turnover, everybody leaves or gets fired. Many random rules in place, easy to get "written up" if management does not like you. Few promotion opportunities especially for women. No paid maternity leave.
