      pay delays unfair wages (gender bias/does not pay for degree (ex. bsw could make more than master level employee based on relationship) poor management upper management does not communicate with staff or hear concerns or take action when concerns are mentioned Management is aware of false billing

      ICOS is a good company to work for. The company itself seems to have a genuine concern for the clients that they serve. Program manager supports staff and overall morale of the staff.

      No Direct Deposit, Company lacks benefits ( health/dental insurance, 401k etc.)
