      -Push your body and mind limit to a higher limit -Learn how to deal with internal conflicts and politics -Friendly environment at your level and below

      Cons

      -Internal conflicts and dramas -Management push responsibility and blames around -Poor management and work-life balance -PIC of project team management have no control over client and overtime hour -Overtime (8AM - 1AM for weeks sometimes months) without overtime pay -Outdated standard of practice and methodology model -No career growth and self-improvement (Title promotion does not mean growth) -Management expect employees to work even on weekend -Management always give empty promises and white lies

Working with legacy systems limits exposure to current tools and practices, making it harder to stay relevant or transition to newer roles in the tech industry. Project blueprints are often revised without clear versioning, making them unreliable as references. Without proper documentation or written confirmation, developers may be wrongly held accountable for implementing logic not explicitly approved.
