Pros

Some of the best people I have ever worked with. Hours are flexible, but you are still expected to be at work at least 40 hours (which is easy to do since we have fun at the office.) Management understands needs of their teams, and works with them to accommodate.

Cons

Learning curve can be difficult, but rewarding!

Pros

Very supportive organization that hires and inspires leaders. Lots of autonomy is given for creativity in the staffing world. Solid compensation plan, unlimited take home potential. Solid reputation. Probably the only reputable firm in the area.

Cons

Sometimes too much autonomy. Some people need more management so while a positive in certain scenarios also can be a negative.
