Cons

- Toxic work environment with constant yelling and disrespect from management. - Extremely disorganized workflow; frequent last-minute changes and lack of clear direction. - Manager lacks essential design skills and is unfamiliar with key software. - Unrealistic promises made to clients, leading to subpar results. - Barely minimum wage pay ($18 CAD/hour) with no benefits or additional compensation. - Missing payment of hours worked. - Stressful and manipulative payment process, including demands for in-person cash payments. - Creates a culture of fear; employees work under constant pressure and tension. - Takes advantage of individuals who are starting their careers or in urgent need of a job.
