Pros

The work is relatively easy, if you have any experience cleaning you will learn quickly, though every contract has their own standards and rules that you need to be on top of.

Cons

Management is disorganized and there are many petty interpersonal conflicts that they let get in the way of them getting work done. Managers talk poorly about their coworkers during work, wasting time and causing unnecessary tension at work. Janitorial manager is responsible for understanding contracts and writing schedules but often rushes through it, making careless mistakes. Do not expect clear communication from your supervisors. You are on your own and are expected to get the job done without support or help.

Pros

you get a paycheck every other week there's a $bonus that's per hour amount but varies

Cons

pay is not the same for more experienced people for same job and manager or crew leads get paid less than regular employees. they take bonus for punishment. the higher ups don't listen to employees needs. never have what u need for the job. no respect or communication. managers think they r better than everyone else. make promises and don't keep to employees and clients.
