Pros

I really enjoy working with the people at this company. Most people are friendly and easy to work with. I have found a sense of fulfillment as we have worked together to solve problems. Work-life balance is great.

Cons

Don't feel especially valued through compensation, benefits, and working conditions. Construction projects are often started that interrupt work without any warning or planning for accommodations. HR could use improvement.

Worst Company Ever

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

This company does not want quality, this is the worst place I have ever worked! I wasn't allowed to perform quality as I know it should be done, having to turn my eye to what should have been thrown away, to having it actually used in production. I couldn't get out fast enough. Management is really bad, not caring for their employees or the quality of what is produced, just the quantity. Departments fighting within departments, a miserable job.

Lots of advancement opportunities. Manager's care and are trying to make it a great place to work.

Cons

Still have room for growth. Processes still getting defined.
