Most management are positive, passionate, and principled - and care after their people Alert is the leading international peacebuilding charity outside the U.S. It's an ambitious organisation with experienced leadership, and great junior and mid level colleagues Remuneration package is at or slightly above industry norms

For a small organisation (50 in HQ, 250 globally), some considerable 'silos' existed between teams 2018-2019 was a time of uncertainty due to strategic review, and leadership changes As with most organisations - a lot of job satisfaction depends on the team you work in - de facto working in conflict transformation and social change can be overwhelming
